Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment.
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs electrical panels and protective wiring, including all property lighting.
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs pools and pool equipment.
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs appliances in apartments.
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs general plumbing.
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs general carpentry.
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs electric motors, controls, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear, and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.
  • Inventory Management and shop maintenance.
  • Delivers an exceptional customer experience, both internally and externally, as defined in our Company’s Engaging Vision of Customer Service.
  • Establishes rapport with Residents and provides personalized service.
  • Handles Resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
