About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining equipment. You will support and enable preventative maintenance at the plant. You are expected to learn intermediate maintenance skills and complete related tasks as needed. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of experience in Maintenance in manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effectively use computer applications
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including ability to problem solve
  • Demonstrated proficiency in intermediate-level technical competencies, for example, predictive and preventative maintenance, electrical systems, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with welding and fabrication
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements and HACCP

Nice To Haves

  • CMRT certification
  • Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field
  • Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper seal for adequate protection.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance tasks per work orders assigned
  • Understand how to work safely and speak up when you do not
  • Continue to learn new skills and grow in your maintenance expertise
  • Train other Maintenance and Reliability Technicians
