American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Kenzie Park, a 312-unit residential community in San Antonio, TX. Requirements
- Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
- HVAC Certified
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Irrigation knowledge
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
- Responding to work orders within 24 hours.
- Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing.
- Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
- Tracking inventory used.
- Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs.
