Action is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to join our Perla on Broadway team in Los Angeles. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Hands on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, minor plumbing repairs, and landscaping.
  • Assist in conducting preventive maintenance tasks, including filter changes, lubrication, and inspections.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests under the supervision of a higher-level technician.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
  • Assist in maintaining common areas, including cleaning, trash removal, and landscaping.
  • Assist in maintaining the pool and spa, including cleaning, chemical treatments, and basic equipment operation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
