About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Buffalo, NY at The Forge on Broadway. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys new challenges, is driven, and leads by example. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a well-maintained property. Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for overseeing a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring work orders are being completed timely, working with vendors, supply ordering, apartment turns, service requests, and overall maintenance of the apartment community.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum in maintenance work experience
• HVAC/ Electrical preferred
• Prior experience in supervisory capacity (1-3 years)
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Familiarity with email
• Experienced with apartment turns
• Knowledge of residential repairs
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
• Organizational skills
• Available for emergency on-call rotation
