About The Position

Maryland Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join their team. This role is responsible for completing resident work orders, apartment turnovers, emergency on-call maintenance after hours, and snow removal. The technician will also follow safety procedures while performing duties and may be assigned other duties and special projects. Requirements

• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must have your own tools
• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required

Nice To Haves

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
