Requirements

• 1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, construction, farming, or other hands-on mechanical experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Willingness to learn industrial maintenance skills from experienced technicians
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is helpful
• Able to read measuring tools and follow written work instructions
• Safety-minded with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in an industrial environment

Nice To Haves

• Maintenance or technical certification
• Manufacturing or warehouse maintenance experience
• Welding, fabrication, or HVAC experience
• Experience using a CMMS

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Replace belts, bearings, chains, rollers, filters, and other wear components
• Help repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
• Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system repairs
• Complete general building and facility maintenance
• Respond to equipment breakdowns alongside experienced technicians
• Record completed work in the CMMS maintenance system
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
