About The Position
The Maintenance Technician I plays a key role in ensuring that guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas are always in top shape, making the property a welcoming and comfortable place for all who visit. This role offers opportunities to earn valuable certifications and receive top-notch training to expand skill sets. The position is with Hilton Grand Vacations at Ocean Beach Club Resort.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1-year related experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Basic drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs
- Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment
- Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance
- Replace faulty plumbing components
- Detailed record keeping
- Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership
