About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join the team at Falls Village Resort. The role maintains guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair to help ensure the property is attractive and well maintained. The company offers training and assistance with certifications and opportunities to develop maintenance skills and advance.

Requirements

• 0–6 months of previous experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push and pull, and frequently lift or carry items throughout the workday.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas and perform repairs.
• Use basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical skills regularly.
• Climb ladders up to 30 feet and reach in all directions, including overhead.
• Maintain detailed records in English for logs and inspection sheets.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the leader.
