About The Position

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing necessary maintenance for the apartment community at Wrecker's Cay. The role performs a range of apartment maintenance and make-ready work, completes service requests, helps preserve the community, and follows company safety standards. The position requires a flexible schedule and on-call availability as required.

Requirements

Punctual, dependable, and self-starting.
Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
Ability to work as a team player.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on call as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties.
Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
Maintain company safety standards.
