The Maintenance Technician I plays a crucial role in the efficient maintenance operation of the property, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. This role may also involve due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and participation in company-sponsored committees or events.

Requirements

Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
Irrigation knowledge
Background and drug screening are a requirement

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property
Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment
Responsive, courteous, and efficient in the handling all resident requests
