The Maintenance Technician I role is vital to AL's success, contributing to efficient property maintenance operations under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We offer a new bonus structure, including a $100 on-call stipend plus overtime, and bonuses up to $250 based on make-ready status and work order completion.
Requirements
- Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Irrigation knowledge
- Background & drug screening are a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment
- Responsive, courteous, and efficient in the handling all resident requests
