Maintenance Technician I (Monday to Friday 6:00pm to 2:30am)
About The Position
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for responding to work requests by performing and completing general facilities repairs in a timely manner. This role involves maintaining and repairing various machinery and equipment, ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wearing protective equipment as required. The technician will perform routine checks, evaluate necessary maintenance for facilities, and provide recommendations for improvements. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and organizing spare parts and consumables, performing minor construction and installation of fixtures and accessories, and undertaking other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an additional building maintenance field (e.g., electrical, carpentry, plumbing).
