Maintenance Technician I - Atlanta, GA

Requirements
- 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments
- HVAC/R experience or trade school background
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including: Drywall, patching, and painting, Tiling and basic masonry, Shelving and equipment installation, Floor repairs and upkeep, Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping).
- Conduct routine maintenance on building systems: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.
- Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns.
- Travel between 1 - 4 sites throughout the week across the Atlanta area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues.
- Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational.
