About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician I at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. This is a full-time position and requires availability during weekends and holidays. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, minor building repairs, responding to guest repair requests, and general engineering-related inventory duties. Participation in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development is also expected. The position emphasizes guest experience and adherence to company standards, including welcoming and greeting guests, interacting professionally, contributing to team goals, and following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
  • Require Valid U.S Driver's license that has been active for at least 1 year.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Performs Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., basic painting, basic repairs like replacing lightbulbs, performing temperature readings on appliances/HVAC).
  • Performs minor building repairs as assigned.
  • Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
  • Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
  • Participate in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development as applicable.
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
