Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
- Standard driver’s license (Class C or D) required.
- Strong communication abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
- Perform physically demanding tasks in varying environmental conditions.
- Capability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of lawn care and road maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential groundskeeping tasks: snow removal, mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and sweeping.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Monitor and report unsafe conditions promptly.
- Support road and grounds maintenance efforts across the facility.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and MSDS guidelines for materials and equipment.
- Attend mandatory training and participate in other duties as assigned.
