About The Position

Alexander Forrest Investments (AFI) is a mid-sized, multifamily real-estate management company seeking a hard-working individual with previous maintenance experience to help with the upkeep of one of our apartment complexes. AFI is an expert in the acquisition, development, financing, and management of real estate projects with over 50 multi-family properties across the country. The company plans to double in size over the next year and offers growth opportunities. A professional resume with extensive work history is required for consideration. This position requires the ability to respond to resident work orders, clean and renovate vacant apartments for new move-ins, and perform light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, electrical work, carpentry, and flooring repair. The role also involves fixing standard apartment appliances such as refrigerators, washers/dryers, and dishwashers. The position requires on-call availability at all times and the candidate must possess their own tools.

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Maintain positive attitude when under strict deadlines
• Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test
• Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
• Flexible Availability Needed
• Must have own tools
• Previous maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Responding to resident work orders
