About The Position

Covenant Place in Chapel Hill is seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support building maintenance, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, work orders, and general facility repairs. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and keeping a community safe, functional, and comfortable, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance or a related trade
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-service focused
- Ability to be on-call as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Respond to work orders in a timely, professional manner
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff
- Assist with facility projects as needed
