About The Position

Moline Investment Management [MIM] | Moline Management, LLC is seeking a reliable, skilled part-time Maintenance Technician/Handyman to manage upkeep of a residential rental community in Shell Knob, Missouri. The ideal candidate enjoys physical, hands-on work and can work independently with little supervision. A valid driver’s license is required. Duties vary from day to day and include routine work orders, emergency maintenance requests, minor repairs, groundskeeping, and cleaning vacant units and general facilities. Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be available for on-call work.
• Must be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work with hand and electrical tools.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
• Commitment to safety and top-quality work is essential.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a maintenance- or construction-related field is desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests.
• Perform minor repairs, including fixing broken locks, painting, and replacing carpet or plank flooring.
• Perform basic plumbing work, such as fixing leaky faucets.
• Install appliances.
• Perform basic groundskeeping.
• Clean vacant units and general facilities.
