About The Position

This is a hands-on, all-day active role where no two days look the same. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining play areas, equipment, and building systems. This includes handling everyday fixes such as painting, drywall, lighting, and basic carpentry. The role also involves troubleshooting issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and AV systems, completing preventative maintenance, and supporting exhibit setup, installs, and improvements. A key aspect of the role is identifying and fixing safety issues before they become problems, utilizing hand and power tools daily to ensure the attraction remains operational and safe for guests.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of maintenance or handyman experience
• Comfortable with basic electrical and mechanical work
• Comfortable with general repairs (painting, drywall, carpentry, etc.)
• Able to work independently and stay productive without constant direction
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• A “jump in and figure it out” mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or AV is a plus
