About The Position

R&R Facilities is looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman for our buildings in Gravette. We need someone who is hard-working, skilled with tools, and good at solving problems. If you like staying busy and taking care of property, this is the job for you.

Requirements

• You know how to use power tools and lawn equipment safely.
• You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
• You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• You must follow safety rules (OSHA/EPA) to keep yourself and others safe.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• 2 or more years of handyman or maintenance work is preferred.
• You should be able to work some weekends or holidays if we need extra help.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, weed eating, trimming, and keeping the outside areas clean.
• Doing light fix-it jobs and repairs inside and outside the buildings.
• Checking buildings and machines monthly to make sure everything is safe.
• Let the manager know if you find a big problem that needs a specialist.
• Keep simple notes on the maintenance work you finish.
