About The Position
Konar Properties is a family-owned real-estate development company that develops, owns, and manages commercial properties and multi-family communities in Rochester and Western NY. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician in Residential Property Management for VIDA Apartments and Townhomes. This is a Floater position, requiring you to work at all communities managed and owned by Konar Properties. We offer a "Sign-on Bonus" and excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or similar trade.
- Experience in apartment turnovers required.
- Skills in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall.
- High School Diploma or greater required.
Responsibilities
- Work at all communities managed and owned by Konar Properties as a floater.
- Perform maintenance tasks in residential property management.
