Maintenance Technician, Facilities
About The Position
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our building systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, performing hands-on repairs and upkeep across the facility, supporting compliance efforts with federal, state, and local regulations, identifying and resolving safety hazards, managing inventory and vendor relationships, documenting work in our CMMS system and keeping operations transparent, and collaborating with a team that values professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
Nice To Haves
- HVAC service and repair experience (including heat pumps)
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical inspections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
