About The Position

Fishers Island Club is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician / Facilities Maintenance Employee to support the upkeep of our private golf, tennis, and beach club facilities, including clubhouse areas, dining and service spaces, pro shops, beach facilities, support buildings, and several employee houses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, appliance repair, general building maintenance, and preventive maintenance. This role requires a service-minded professional who can troubleshoot problems, complete quality repairs, respond to maintenance requests, and help maintain safe, clean, and functional facilities for members, guests, staff, and employee housing residents.

Requirements
