Maintenance Technician - Custodial

About The Position

Summary: We are looking for a Custodian, to join our maintenance team that takes care of our buildings. The goal is to keep and maintain a clean environment to manufacture our medical devices. Important job!! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Competencies Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction. Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently. Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly

Requirements

High School Degree (GED)
Work experience in industrial or in commercial work environment
Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction.
Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently.
Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly
