About The Position
Ponte Family Estate Winery, established in 2003, is a California-based company located in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. With vineyards farmed since 1984, it is a working winery that produces over 20 estate-grown varietals within certified sustainable facilities. Adjacent to the winery is the Four Diamond, 90-room boutique hotel, Ponte Vineyard Inn. The property spans 300 acres of vineyards and offers a serene country escape from city life, aiming to be the benchmark for great service in Temecula. Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Facility Maintenance or Construction.
- Qualified candidates will have experience in trades work such as: Drywall Repair, Painting, Carpentry, Tile, Masonry, Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC
- Be familiar with safe practices in use of hand tools and power tools
- Attention to details & quality driven.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Must be able to complete tasks effectively, accurately & in a timely manner.
- Carries good work ethics, is polite/respectful to associates and guests.
- Exhibits integrity (honesty and truthfulness).
- Always maintains a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize work in order of importance.
- Ability to work in high and low temperatures.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Be willing and able to work well under pressure.
- Work in high paced work environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn
- Clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintain entire property keeping it in a pristine and presentable manner
- Perform major construction projects, per company needs, on property under the direction of the Facilities Manager
- Perform minor repairs and upkeep on property under the direction of the Facilities Manager
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Drive company vehicles as needed to move equipment, materials, wine, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by your manager.
