About The Position

The Maintenance Technician 3 at Georgetown on the River is a highly skilled maintenance professional who plays a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience. We're seeking someone with advanced troubleshooting abilities who can independently diagnose and repair a wide range of residential building systems while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position is ideal for a technician who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and being the person the team relies on when challenging maintenance issues arise.

Requirements

• Proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
• Can independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair a wide range of residential building systems.
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Solve complex problems.
• Mentor others.
• Take ownership of work orders and consistently deliver high-quality repairs.
• Effectively prioritize competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
• Assist in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.
