Requirements

Required experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry and basic HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Keeping all guest suites and equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
Assisting others on the team, including the Chief Engineer, with guest suites, building, and grounds maintenance.
Providing a safe environment for guests and hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
Providing professional, courteous service to guests and being accommodating to various requests.
Being a team player and assisting in other departments when help is needed.
Being knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.
