About The Position
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and grounds. This includes cleaning various surfaces, emptying trash receptacles, maintaining light fixtures, and ensuring the grounds are free of debris. The role also involves interacting with residents in a friendly and professional manner, and maintaining a neat personal appearance.

- English speaking
Responsibilities
- Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.g. Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning
- Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations
- Clean and maintain light fixtures and replacement bulbs
- Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a “Clean as You Go” mindset
- Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile, and genuine greeting
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and tidy
