About The Position

Maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of the property’s buildings and grounds. Perform onsite and preventative maintenance to maintain the property’s physical condition. Complete service and maintenance requests within 24 hours and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies. Participate in an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan. Prepare vacant units within five working days, keep at least 80% of vacant units in ready condition, and maintain vacant units daily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Regularly perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Participate in implementing an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
