About The Position
JOIN OUR TEAM AS A MAINTENANCE WORKER! Your Work Matters How will you make a difference? Are you an experienced Maintenance Worker who is looking for a new position? Your perfect opportunity awaits at Chicago Behavioral Hospital! The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, testing and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance, and various janitorial duties, with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Two years of technical or trade school preferred
- Experience operating various hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions preferred
- Experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering preferred
