About The Position

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026. This position is responsible for preventative maintenance and general service within the Maintenance/Security Department. The role involves performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, systems, and boilers, and overseeing general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital plant and grounds as directed by the Director of Plant Operations.

Requirements

• General maintenance/construction and/or HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience picking up and closing general work orders and Preventative Maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.

Nice To Haves

• Hospital Experience preferred

Responsibilities
