About The Position

This role will make a difference by performing ongoing maintenance and completing repairs on equipment in addition to confirming safety standards throughout the facility. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent field
• Experience with OSHA requirements for lockout/tagout, confined space and related safety procedures
• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods standing and walking
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work at height

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the areas of automation, mechanical and hydraulic equipment
• Experience in welding and fabrication

Responsibilities

• Performing ongoing maintenance and completing repairs on equipment
• Confirming safety standards throughout the facility
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures to keep equipment and facilities in top working condition
• Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality and necessary climate control and/or functionality
• Investigating and resolving issues which impact production and/or safety of those within the facility
• Showing a high attention to detail to ensure jobs are completed and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
• Being an active communicator with various members and levels of the facility team to bring issue to attention quickly and with the proper prioritization
• Participating in the on-call maintenance rotation, and coordinating with colleagues to keep equipment and facilities in good working order
