About The Position

Preform duties in vacation rentals homes and condos. Areas of plumbing, electrical, AC trouble shooting, wall repair and standard basic maintenance that is performed in homes. Maintenance tech would perform repairs upon guest request and also vacant home repairs. Good communication and ability to navigate problems and find solutions. Shifts are covering 23 hours a day and maintenance team is operating with multiple team members per shift. Starting pay depends on knowledge and experience.

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostic skills on basic household items
• AC/Heating troubleshooting skills a plus
