About The Position

This position requires an individual to perform services based on the specific need of the building on a daily basis.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills.
• Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance.
• Great customer service skills
• working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliances, draining and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting drywall and miscellaneous repairs.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces
• Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
• Assisting maintenance staff with snow removal, grounds maintenance and tickets as needed.
• Cleaning vacant apartments.
• Room set ups that involve moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Work within company policies and safety regulations.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Snow removal
• Trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned
