About The Position
The Maintenance Technician 3 at Sunwood is a highly skilled maintenance professional who plays a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience. We're seeking someone with advanced troubleshooting abilities who can independently diagnose and repair a wide range of residential building systems while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position is ideal for a technician who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and being the person the team relies on when challenging maintenance issues arise.
Requirements
- Proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
- Ability to take ownership of work orders and consistently deliver high-quality repairs.
- Ability to effectively prioritize competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
- Willingness to assist in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.

Responsibilities
