About The Position

The Maintenance Tech position is a full-time, hourly role on the 3rd shift. The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and repair programmable controllers, A/C and D/C drives, and their control systems to maximize equipment utilization. This role involves planning and scheduling maintenance work, ensuring repairs are performed correctly and documented in the maintenance software, and adhering to all company policies, including safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot programmable controllers and A/C and D/C drives.
Make necessary repairs to drives and their control systems.
Maximize the utilization of equipment by maintaining machinery to run at available capacity and speed.
Follow up on all work orders to ensure repairs and work are performed properly and entered into the maintenance software program.
Plan and schedule maintenance work.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
