About The Position

Sandalwood Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance and upkeep of apartments. Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances. The role involves preparing vacant units, completing work orders, and maintaining grounds. Responsibilities also include scheduling and completing preventative maintenance programs and special projects, as well as other maintenance duties as assigned. The position requires 24-hour emergency maintenance availability.

Requirements

• 1+ years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, appliance repair and installations, etc.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work on-call, evenings and rotating weekends
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• EPA Universal license
• HVAC Certified
• Pool Operator
