About The Position
Sandalwood Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance and upkeep of [Property Name] Apartments in [City, State].
Requirements
- 1+ years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, appliance repair and installations, etc.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work on-call, evenings and rotating weekends, required.
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required.
Nice To Haves
- EPA Universal license/ HVAC Certified Pool Operator, a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances.
- Prepare vacant units, complete work orders, and maintain grounds.
- Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required.
- Other maintenance duties as assigned.
