Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience — you’re confident with tools, repairs, and property upkeep
- On‑call availability as part of the position
- A dependable team player with strong communication skills
- Someone who values quality, consistency, and craftsmanship
Nice To Haves
- Preferred certifications: HVAC and CPO (not required, but a definite plus!)
Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks across the property
- Responding quickly and professionally to resident service requests
- Communicating clearly with residents and teammates
- Partnering with our property management team to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Being available for on‑call support, helping ensure our community is taken care of around the clock
