About The Position

The Maintenance Tech performs a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of facilities. This includes handling repairs, preventative maintenance, project assistance, and inspections. The role requires adherence to compliance and service excellence standards, with occasional work outside traditional hours and travel within specified radii.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs in accordance with submitted work orders
• Perform general maintenance task including painting, landscaping and carpentry repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance, reporting major repair and maintenance needs to Facilities Manager
• Provide assistance with keeping the information in the maintenance software platform up to date
• Complete independent projects
• Assist Facilities Manager with project tracking and vendor management
• Proactively identify and communicate to Maintenance Coordinator potential opportunities for maintenance projects
• Assist in creating and scheduling preventive maintenance and service work orders
• Perform building, equipment, grounds and system inspections to identify any issues
• Meet and work with vendors to complete RFP's and projects.
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards
• Other duties as assigned
