About The Position

International Paper is seeking a motivated Maintenance Tech to work in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. The role focuses on maintaining production equipment and optimizing runnability through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine repair. The position requires attention to safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends, and overtime as required. Successful candidates will complete a pre-employment aptitude test and team interview.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of maintenance experience, including at least one year with the same employer.
• At least two years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Troubleshooting skills and the aptitude to correct industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures.
• Demonstrated technical experience, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work alternative shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.

Nice To Haves

• Technical or field-related degree or certification.
• Apprenticeship certification.
• Maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or a similar manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
