Under minimal supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment. The technician will troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, act as an escalation point for junior technicians, and document all maintenance activities in the CMMS and ticketing systems. Responsibilities also include mentoring maintenance personnel, assisting mechanics, performing facility/building project work, assembling and testing equipment, analyzing production delays, and overseeing projects such as minor renovations and contractor management. The role requires the ability to certify on all industrial lift equipment and oversee the routine maintenance provided by junior engineers, offering guidance and training as needed.
