About The Position

The Maintenance Tech II plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facility equipment and systems across various departments. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge.

  • Familiarity with technical manuals and schematics.
  • Adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ability to use specialized tools and equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, including HVAC systems, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as required.
