Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency within continuous production settings.
Demonstrated experience working in a structured maintenance organization with planning tools and documented processes.
Familiarity with quality‑certified environments such as ISO programs.
Proven ability to monitor and improve Preventive and Predictive Maintenance performance using analytics and KPIs.
Skilled in industrial electrical systems, mechanical/electrical devices, circuits, robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment.
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for planning and execution.
Analytical strength and problem‑solving skills using data tools to identify and implement reliability improvements.
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Reliability expertise with at least 3 years in asset performance improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve real‑time technical issues on production lines to maintain operational standards and minimize disruptions.
Repair and maintain diverse production equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with process requirements and product quality.
Respond to equipment malfunctions and emergencies promptly, supporting continuous manufacturing operations with minimal downtime.
Maintain and analyze maintenance records to identify recurring issues, improve reliability, and inform long‑term strategies.
Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and reports to address reliability challenges and implement solutions aligned with best practices.
Utilize data management systems to track performance metrics such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and conduct failure analysis.
Support facility‑wide continuous improvement initiatives that deploy new methods, tools, and technologies for enhanced productivity.
Execute and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs, applying advanced techniques to enhance equipment lifespan and performance.
Facilitate Equipment Criticality assessments and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) sessions for risk identification and prevention.
Apply predictive technologies, including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and motor testing, to improve performance reliability.
Develop and update structured maintenance plans based on historical data, failure patterns, and emerging best practices.
Collaborate with equipment manufacturers during acceptance testing to ensure quality standards and functional compliance.
Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide safe, effective execution of maintenance tasks by team members.
