About The Position

This position works directly under the Facility Manager and performs a wide variety of skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of commercial and institutional buildings owned by Eddy County. The employee must be able to work independently and perform all duties with minimal supervision. The employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
