About The Position

Asbury Solomons, a part of Asbury Communities, is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to join their team. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, alterations, or additions as directed. The position is located at the only Nationally Accredited Waterfront Community in Southern Maryland. Requirements

• Some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting.

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.

Responsibilities

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
