About The Position
The Maintenance Tech I performs general maintenance at Ivy Gables Senior Living. The position follows maintenance schedules and instructions from the Executive Director and established maintenance policies and procedures. The role also assists with resident transportation to appointments as needed. This is a PRN position scheduled 2–3 days during the week and every other weekend, with 4-hour shifts. Pay is $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Some experience with electrical work, plumbing, and painting.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance setting.
Responsibilities
- Receive and follow maintenance schedules and instructions from the Executive Director and established maintenance policies and procedures.
- Perform general maintenance tasks.
- Complete minor repairs, alterations, or additions according to daily assignments or supervisor direction.
- Assist with resident transportation to appointments as needed.
