Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Maintenance Tech / Housekeeping for their Cheney Gardens Apartment location in Cheney, Washington. Requirements

Must be able to perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, weeding, raking leaves, pruning trees, and shoveling snow.
Must be able to maintain indoor facilities to be clean, dust-free, well-lighted, and ventilated.
Must be able to restore apartments to a like-new appearance for new tenants.
Must be able to perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Must be able to perform quarterly tasks such as stripping and waxing floors and shampooing carpets.
Must be able to perform immediate repairs on lighting fixtures.
Must be able to dust furniture and fixtures regularly.
Must be able to disinfect bathrooms daily.
Must be able to replenish supplies like towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
Must be able to handle biohazard waste disposal procedures.
Must be able to conduct quarterly inspections of safety equipment (smoke alarms, exit signs, security).
Must be able to check heating and ventilation monthly and arrange for repairs.
Must be able to repair damaged building materials and furniture.
Must be able to inspect and maintain common areas for safety compliance.
Must be able to order maintenance supplies.
Must maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
Must be able to assist with pest control.
Must be able to inspect and maintain basements and water pumps.

Responsibilities

Mowing grass, weeding, raking leaves, pruning trees, shoveling snow and debris from sidewalk and maintaining grounds and building perimeter in clean attractive environment for tenants and employees.
Maintain clean, dust free, well-lighted, ventilated indoor facilities conducive to a good working and customer service environment.
Turning apartments for new tenants, restoring existing conditions to like new appearance and quality.
Stripping and waxing flooring on a regular basis, at least quarterly.
Shampooing carpeted floors at least quarterly.
Maintenance and repair of all lighting fixtures immediately.
Dusting permanent fixtures such as desks, chairs, bookcases, cabinets, and lamps regularly.
Disinfecting and maintenance of bathrooms daily.
Regular replacement of hand towels, toilet seat covers, toilet paper, air freshener and germicidal soap as needed and checked daily.
Observing special attention to procedures for the removal and disposal of biohazard waste when all garbage is emptied on a daily basis.
Quarterly inspection of smoke alarms, exit signs, and building security.
Checking heating and ventilation at least monthly and contacting appropriate vendors for servicing if maintenance is indicated.
Repairing damaged materials, supplies, and equipment such as walls, floors, lighting fixtures, carpeting, and/or furniture immediately.
Regular inspection and maintenance of hallways, offices, examination rooms, counseling rooms, bathrooms, lounges, storage and utility rooms to ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations.
Ordering supplies for efficient maintenance of all facilities through the Sea Mar Community Health Center Purchasing Agent.
Maintaining and providing a regular inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment to the site manager on a monthly basis.
Responding and assisting in the extermination of ants, termites and rodents as appropriate unless an outside vendor has been approved.
Completing regular inspections and maintenance of sites that have basements to ensure safe and expeditious removal of items, materials, or dead animals on the premises.
Inspecting and maintaining water pumps at least quarterly for basements.
