About The Position
Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join its Engineering team. The role is responsible for helping ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. The technician assists with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities to support a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members. Requirements
- Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Reliable, team-oriented, customer-focused, and positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
- Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Support other departments when needed and follow emergency and safety procedures.
- Inspire and support team members, foster an inclusive workplace, lead professionally, and care for the team.
